Ok guys, we have a lot to celebrate here at PSISTORM so we are going to be running a little contest!
In celebration of our team’s first birthday (ok a couple months ago), and our recent pickups of both TRUE and Arium we wanted to do something a little bit special.
So, we are going to be giving away 1 Legacy of the Void Collectors Edition (brand new in box, as soon as it comes out)!!!
What do you need to do?
Follow us at (http://www.twitter.com/psistormgaming) and tweet at us with your favorite moment from any of our players (bonus points if you have a VOD!). Tomorrow at 7pm Pacific Time, we will choose a lucky winner!

Kwame “Temp0” Mensah, known for his Starcraft parody music, ever popular stream, and casting for ASL and many other tournaments have joined forces with PSISTORM Gaming.
He will be in one of the leadership positions for creative promotions and marketing.
“Joining a team is always a tough but exciting decision, especially since I’m no pro player by any means. It’s more about what you represent and take pride in being a part of and help grow. Damen and KJ are great people, and I really respect what they’re doing. The team and I had the chance to spend a lot of time together at Red Bull DC. KJ let me put my skateboard in his truck and the rest was history haha. That combined with the fact that some of my IVD family members are part of it make me extremely excited to become a part of PSISTORM”, said Temp0.
He had met many of the owners and players at RedBull last month and ended up getting into a music video featuring his song:
Owner KJ “Freeedom” had met him 2 weeks before at RedBull Battlegrounds in DC and little did they know they would make a deal. In this infamous picture at the player lounge you can see TRUE along with Violet and DongRaeGu.
TRUE’s best result is being tied with Maru for 3rd place in 2014 GSL season 2, has joined PSISTORM Gaming. Bang Tae Soo, aka TRUE, will be competing in NA for the upcoming season and looks to make his mark in LOTV.
Less than half a day went by after leaving his European team Dead Pixels, that he was immediately scooped up.
He also joins Arium, which he faced a few months before in this entertaining matchup in Dreamhack. At the time they were on different teams, and now together at PSISTORM Gaming:
The matchups were one Pro/Celebrity + 3 casuals, and were rotated throughout the day. The casuals who won the most get to go to this Saturday’s main RedBull tournament. So it’s a combination of skill, teamwork, and of course luck. At the end of the day, we had our group for the final match where it was:
Arium, BlakeHG, MygraiN & EvilGenius.Huk
vs
ROOT.Masa, State, Tien Comlekoglu and Tong “AZAZ” Shen (aka CNProtoss).
After a very close match they edged out our team to take the top spot.
NA Protoss Samson “Arium” Nazaryan has signed with us. He has reached WCS Premier and top 16 in DreamHack Valencia, taking out Korean player Symbol while donning the American flag. He is known to be one of the best blink stalker executing players on the scene.
“I’m really excited to join an NA team with friends I already have and looking forward to competing with the upcoming Legacy Of The Void.”, says Arium.
Damen Knight, co-owner, said “I personally am incredibly excited to have such a high level Protoss player on the team. Arium is going to be a great addition to the PSISTORM family, and I have high hopes for him going forward.”
Become a major sponsor and you will be featured in our upcoming pro jersey worn during competition:
And shown during broadcasted matches, streams and social media:
Our teams and players have competed in premier tournaments including IEM, RedBull, MSI and plan on attending DreamHack at worldwide locations like Cebu, Philippines, Taiwan, Maldives and of course many in the United States.
A year of sponsorship at this level will provide impressions to your brand with staggering exposure numbers based on a 2014 year long study. In fact the numbers here are outdated, it is estimated to nearly double in the past year. The International DOTA2 competition prize pool alone is over $18 million.
eSports game broadcasts are not limited to internet streaming but has been on ESPN and other TV networks all over the world.
Celebrating the owner Freeedom’s birthday on Saturday, it was decided to have his car enthusiast friends over and have some Starcraft action – all in the same event.
So intense flew in from California to meet with the local-to-DC crew, including pro players EndOfLine and MygraiN.
The tournament finished at around 2am with MygraiN taking 1st and intense 2nd while EndOfLine taking 3rd. See the bracket here.
